Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we may not be able to accept the return unless the item is defective or required by applicable law.
Eligible Items
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
- Items should be unused, clean, and returned with original packaging when possible.
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us as soon as possible with order details and photos if available.
- Personalised, customised, hygiene-sensitive, or final-sale products may be excluded when clearly stated on the product page.
How to Start a Return
Email ash@keyamor.nl with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
We will review the request and send return instructions. Please do not send products back before receiving instructions from us.
Return Shipping Fees
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, KeyAmor will provide a solution and cover the reasonable return shipping cost where applicable.
For non-defective returns, such as buyer's remorse or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we state otherwise in writing.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted when replacement stock is available. If the requested replacement is not available, we may offer a refund or another reasonable solution.
Legal Rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply under Belgian or European Union law.
